The following instructions will guide you through the registration process for your child. Remember to print your completed forms and bring them to registration. Use Internet Explorer to view and print these forms. Other browsers may not allow you to print the forms once you complete them. Do not use FireFox, as it will not allow you to print the forms.

2009-10 Forms

My child did not attend Calera Middle School (CAMS) last year.

• You may complete general registration documents. Go to Forms
• Bring online registration forms and the following documentation (birth certificate, 2 current proofs of residence, social security card and an Alabama Blue Immunization form) to the school registration.

• Complete CAMS online forms here. Forms
• Bring online registration forms and  current proof of residence to the CAMS registration.
