Helena Middle School Registration Guide
The following instructions will guide you through the
registration process for your child. Remember to print your completed
forms and bring them to registration.
We recommend using Internet Explorer 8 or 9 to view and print these forms. Other browsers may
not allow you to print the forms once you complete them.
IMPORTANT.... These forms have tested
on IE 8, IE 9, Firefox 19.0.1 and Safari 5.1.7. Please set your printer
margins to .5 to ensure pages print properly.
2013-2014 Returning Student Registration
A parent/guardian of
the Returning Student will be
REQUIRED to attend Summer Registration. Two current proofs of residence
(for example, one from the power company and one from the water company)
dated July 2012 or later will be required at Summer Registration.
Parent/Guardian will receive their child's Fall schedule at Summer
2013-14 New Student Registration
Registration Requirements. Per Shelby County School Board policy, all
requirements must be fulfilled before a new student will be enrolled.
- Call 682-5300 to
schedule an appointment.
- Complete the HMS
enrollment forms here.
- Bring completed and
signed enrollment forms along with two current proofs of residence (for
example, one from the power company and one from the water company)
dated July 2013 or later with you to your appointment.
- Plan to attend Summer
Registration - see above schedule.
Note: A parent/guardian of a new student will be required to attend Summer Registration
in order to receive their Fall schedule.

Internet. If you receive the message "Uploading Data" at the end of the process, it
