Service Learning Program
The Service Learning Program allows grades 7 through 12 to volunteer in our community. The program encourages students to serve through citizenship and volunteering. Students may sign up to participate on any Friday during the school year. Students are to read the Service Learning Agreement and submit a Contract to Ms. Holloway. Students can choose their own sites and manage their hours. The Counseling Office has a list of organizations that we have partnered with. The updated list will appear on the school website in September. Please see the Student Agreement for details on volunteer sites, awards and recognition. All hours are due by May 1, 2009. Students can submit hours on any Friday in April, up to the May 1st deadline. In May, student volunteers will be recognized at our Leadership and Service Banquet.
