Q: How many students attend Chelsea Intermediate School?
A: Chelsea Intermediate serves students in 4th and 5th grades. Mt. Laurel Elementary and Chelsea Park Elementary both feed into our school. We currently have approximately 330 4th Grade students and 290 5th Grade students enrolled.


Q: Is Chelsea Intermediate an accredited school?
A: Chelsea Intermediate is accredited by the State Department of Education and the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. To maintain this accreditation, strict standards must be maintained in regard to curriculum and instruction. The Southern Association of Colleges and Schools website has more information available about accreditation and the accreditation process available for parents.


Q: Can I eat lunch with my student?
A: Parents and visitors are welcome to eat breakfast and lunch daily with students. Please check with your student's teacher for their lunch time. The Child Nutrition Program has menus and pricing available for planning your visit!
