Why do I need to help
financially? We
would like to reiterate how much we appreciate the financial support
received from our families. We do not participate in fundraising
programs which require our students to sell to neighbors. Thanks to
your generosity we can face the challenges of beginning another school
year under proration from the State Department of Education. Parent
contributions received last year allowed us the meet these financial
obligations:
-
Salaries (clerical,
custodian, and additional support personnel)
$31,390
-
Photocopier
$38,047
-
Cleaning supplies
(chemical, window cleaner, toilet, etc.)
$2,344
-
Disposable goods (toilet
paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc.)
$5,712
-
BFI Environmental Services
(Garbage pick-up)
$11,556
-
Contracted custodial
services (floor cleaning, waxing, etc.)
$30,400
Total --$119,449.00
(Divided by 1,283 students = approx. $93.00 per student)
As you can see, your financial support of
OMMS greatly enhances the services we provide to students.
And, it's also tax deductible! Several employers
participate in matching funds programs. We encourage you to ask your
employer to see if this option is available. |
