About
Ms. McNeal
A
native of Mobile, Alabama, Ms. McNeal currently resides in a suburb of
Birmingham, Alabama where she
has lived since
1999. After serving her country in the Unites States Air Force and a brief tour
of duty in the Army reserves, Ms. McNeal worked in both the public and private
of the business industry. She has volunteered with two organizations serving as
an advocate and voice for abused and neglected children in Jefferson and Shelby
County. Volunteering in this capacity created a strong passion for her to desire
to work with children on a full-time basis.
Though she experienced a successful career in the business industry, Ms. McNeal
had a hunger for more and wanted to make a positive impact on the lives of
others. "Volunteering my time with CASA led me to believe that I could do so
much more by devoting my time to work with children. After much prayer, it was
evident I needed to take my career in another direction." Out of obedience, she
decided to leave the business industry and doors were opened to serve as a
public educator at Riverchase Middle School.
Serving as an educator, Ms. McNeal speaks into the lives of children on a daily
basis and is given inspiration to add to the vision and mission of assisting
students to be successful in their educational endeavors and to make a positive
impact in their community.
Ms. McNeal teaches Business Marketing Education to 6th, 7th and 8th grade
students at Riverchase Middle School. She also serves as the Advisor of the
middle level chapter of
Future Business Leaders of America - Phi Beta Lambda (FBLA-PBL) where
she has witnessed historical growth in student membership. Ms. McNeal also
sponsors the Panther Reporter, our school newspaper.
Ms. McNeal is the principal owner of
Royal Ink Creations, LLC, a virtual
administrative support services provider and founder and
executive director of
Founded On A Rock, an organization with a focus on
meeting the needs of teens.
