Transcript
Information
We need a signed release requesting transcripts to be sent, including your Date of Birth, Social Security number, the year you graduated or last year attended, and the name you graduated under.
All transcripts are $3.00 each, payable by check or money order.
This should be mailed to:
Thompson High School, Attention: Sue Dennis,
100 Warrior Drive,
Alabaster, AL 35007.
Or you may come by the school between 7:30 am and 3:30 pm and handle it personally.
