FBLA, Mu Alpha Theta & NHS are sponsoring a toiletries drive and selling hearts for 50¢ to support relief efforts in Haiti. Please drop off new toiletry items in the main office or purchase a red heart from the library. We will be collecting through Friday





The Montevallo Day of Pageants will be held Saturday, Feb. 20th. If you are interested please come by the office and get an entry form or see Mrs. Turner. All entry forms and payments must be turned in by Friday, Feb. 12.





The YMCA will be offering Lifeguard classes. If you are interested, please come by the office for an information form.





Prom tickets on sale. Cost is $30.00. After Spring Break, cost will be $40.00. You may purchase them in the cafeteria during lunch. You may NOT purchase them during Mrs. Howard’s class period. Prom will be May 1.





College Bound Student Workshop The purpose of this workshop, "How to be Successful in a College Classroom," is designed to prepare high school seniors for college. It is scheduled for 2-5 p.m. on Sunday February 7 on the UAB campus. The workshop will begin promptly at 2 p.m. (to replicate a college class) and the student should be present by about 1:30. Contact Mrs. Barber in Student Services to register.





Video Yearbook is currently collecting pictures. They need elementary, middle school and high school pictures from seniors. They also need one baby and one senior picture of each Senior. There is no charge to submit pictures. The last day to submit elementary, middle and high school pictures is Feb. 5. Video Yearbooks are still on sale for $25. Only those seniors who purchase one will be able to get out of class to view the video in May.
