Chris Dean is the 11th grade Assistant Principal. He is currently in his 20th year of education, having previously taught at OMHS for 17 years. Mr. Dean earned his bachelor’s in social sciences, masters in education, and education leadership certificate from the University of Montevallo.

Ashli Polizos is the 12th grade Assistant Principal. She is a National Board Certified Teacher with over 17 years in education, having previously taught both middle school and high school. Mrs. Polizos earned her bachelor's in public relations from the University of Alabama, master's in education from UAB, education leadership certificate from the University of Montevallo, and education specialist degree from the University of West Alabama.
