Friday, February 6th is National Wear Red Day! On this special day, we wear RED to show we care about our hearts and keeping them healthy and strong. ❤️ Our hearts help us run, play, laugh, and learn every day! Wear a red shirt, red socks, or anything red you have at home and help our school turn red. Move over, Picasso—our artists are making masterpieces at The Hill! 🎨🖼️ Aanya, Rowan and Mattie created artwork that was featured in the Superintendent's Art Show. Mattie's piece was even selected as Superintendent's Choice! Ann Leigh created a piece that is on display in the Helen Keller Art Show of Alabama at Shelby County Arts Council. What an un-bee-lievable morning at our school level Scripps Spelling Bee! Our students showed incredible courage and perseverance as they took the stage and spelled their hearts out. We are so proud of ALL of our spellers for stepping up to the challenge and giving it their very best. A huge congratulations to Cambree, our winner! Our Elvin Hill Harmonies paid tribute to our Veterans through song and speech at our annual program yesterday! ❤️ 🤍💙 SC Wildcat Nation’s choir led us in the National Anthem and sounded amazing. Thank to to all who’ve served and those who continue to serve our country. We salute you! 🇺🇸
