It was a poppin' Friday as Mrs. Mizell, Mrs. Akers, and the Wildcat Pop Cart crew took their show on the road! As our students represented The Hill at Showcase of Schools, they brought joy and smiles while sharing the popcorn and pop that tell the story of their Pathway to Possibility.

Our school's fundraising goal is 300 boxes, so now's the time to reach out to your chocolate-loving families and friends! Students can earn prizes for boxes sold. 🍫🍫🍫
After many years, The Hill’s Spelling Bee made a comeback! We are SO proud of every participant for their hard work in preparing and courage for stepping on the stage to shine bright. After 14 rounds, Alex was named Spelling Bee champ!
Congratulations to Alex! He will advance to represent our school at the regional bee. 🐝🏆

Congratulations to Corbin, our Character in Action award recipient! Corbin is a bright light in 5th grade each day serving as a model for his peers, showing consideration for others, being accountable, exhibiting great work ethic and ALWAYS showing kindness. His leadership and character were recognized and celebrated through a partnership among the Shelby County Juvenile Court, the Shelby County District Attorney’s office, the American Legion, Post 555 in Pelham, and the school systems of Shelby County. We are proud to have Corbin at The Hill! 🏅🎉
