Mr. Crenshaw has more than 15th years as a special educator and has called The Linda Nolen Learning Center home for many years. He was the assistant principal at The Linda Nolen Learning Center for 7 years. Additionally, Mr. Crenshaw taught 6th graders in an alternative environment.

Mr. Crenshaw earned his B.S in Urban Studies from Jackson State University, his M.Ed in Special Education from the University of New Orleans, and his M.Ed in Teacher Leadership from the University of Montevallo.

Tracey Barker is in her twelfth year in education and was previously the Program Area Specialist for Special Education. Prior to coming to Shelby County, Barker worked as a special education teacher for 11 years with the Mountain Brook and Vestavia Hills school districts.
