Unity/Kindness week is next week Nov 2nd-6th.
Each year our Peer Helpers host Unity/Kindness week. We hang positive posters that encourage unity and acceptance, have dress up day competitions, and make announcements that challenge everyone to be kind and accept others for who they are. We will be having a competition between SOAR classes to see who has the highest participation in the dress up days. At the end of the week, the SOAR class with the highest percentage of participation for the whole week, will receive a donut party. :)
On Friday 10/6 we will wear the Unity/Kindness shirts that were ordered a few weeks ago. We will be delivering those on Friday 10/30. If you did not order one we will have a few extras to sell. Those who do not have a Unity shirt are encouraged to wear white since it is the color that signifies peace.
