If you purchased a yearbook, but did not pick it up before school got out, plan to come by the Calera High School on Thursday, June 25, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. There are no extra copies to be purchased at this time.

Students report to their studio in Hoover to have photos taken.
The sitting fee is $45.00.
They will do formals and cap/gown pictures at the same time. No cords. The background is a bluish grey for both photos.
These formal photos are what is used for the yearbook/class night/official announcements/etc. It's vital you take care of this ASAP.

Student parking will open up for upcoming Seniors June 1 at 5:00 p.m. and for upcoming Juniors June 3 at 5:00 p.m.
**A Google Form will be emailed to students on the respective days. Here is what you will need in order to fill out the Google Form.**
Student Parking Checklist:
1. Students must be completely registered for school through PowerSchool.
2. Students must have paid for Plan A w/parking ($100).
Payments can be made at the front office (8 am - 2 pm Monday-Thursday) or online via MySchoolBucks
3. Students must pay all outstanding debt by July 1 (letters to be mailed home with report cards) and can be paid through MySchoolBucks.
4. Students must have the attached Student Parking 26-27 Form filled out and ready to upload.
5. Students must have digital copy of proof of insurance ready to upload
6. Students must have a digital copy of their Driver's License or permit (for those still needing a Road Test) ready to upload. For those submitting Learner's Permit, I will need a copy of your driver's license when you receive it.
7. Students must complete the Google Form to be emailed out June 1 at 5:00 p.m. for seniors and June 3 at 5:00 p.m. for juniors. You will need to have the following information readily available to complete the form.

Parking spots will be assigned according to timestamps and the completion of all items in the checklist. If any of the above items are missing, the student will be moved to the end of the parking list.

Instructions for parents and students for tonight:
With the primary voting going on, all graduation ticket holders must enter through the front of the Pelham Civic Center (general public entrance) See the map attached. Doors will open at 5:30 PM
Just a reminder: signs, balloons, air horns, and noisemakers are NOT allowed in the venue.
