Calera High School Homecoming Week 2026, “Once Upon a Homecoming,” September 20–26. Sunday, September 20: Tie Dye Night in the basketball court parking lot from 5:30–7:30 PM. Bring a white shirt and tie dye class shirts. Monday, September 21: Dress-Up Day—Adam Sandler. Volleyball vs. Pelham: JV at 4:30 PM and Varsity at 5:30 PM. JV Football vs. Ramsay at home at 6:00 PM. Tuesday, September 22: Dress-Up Day—Decades. 9th grade: 1980s; 10th grade: 2000s; 11th grade: 2010s; 12th grade: 1990s. Volleyball vs. Chelsea: JV at 4:30 PM and Varsity at 5:30 PM. Wednesday, September 23: Dress-Up Day—Dynamic Duos. Powderpuff begins at 7:30 PM at the football field. Game 1: freshmen vs. juniors. Game 2: sophomores vs. seniors. Game 3: championship between the winners of Games 1 and 2. Thursday, September 24: Dress-Up Day—Disney. Parade and Community Pep Rally line up at 5:15 PM and begin at 6:00 PM. Friday, September 25: Dress-Up Day—Class Colors. 9th grade: purple; 10th grade: green; 11th grade: yellow; 12th grade: blue. Class Olympics and Pep Rally during 6th–8th periods. Homecoming lead-out before the game. Homecoming game vs. Gardendale. Saturday, September 26: Homecoming Dance from 7:00–10:00 PM at American Village.
