The Quattuor Scholarship Application is now open. This 4-year scholarship will provide $1000 every year that the awardees keep their college GPA above 3.0. The scholarship deadline is April 11th, 2026.

The Mu Psi Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. would like to share an exciting leadership opportunity for students this spring.
Their chapter will be hosting the Alpha L.E.A.D. (Leadership, Education, Achievement, and Development) Academy, a multi-weekend program designed for current high school students in grades 9–12. The Academy focuses on helping students strengthen leadership skills, plan for postsecondary education and careers, build personal responsibility, and engage in healthy decision-making - along with getting some hands-on leadership experience!
The program includes interactive sessions, teamwork activities, exposure to college and career pathways, and opportunities for personal growth. Students who complete the program will participate in a graduation ceremony recognizing their achievement.

We would like to remind all of our seniors and their parents about the College Financial Aid Night presentation that will be held on out campus tomorrow, December 3rd, at 6pm. Mrs. Kimberly Miller from the University of Montevallo will be presenting. The information she provides is applicable to all colleges and universities.
The meeting location has been changed to the CaHS band room. All guests should enter the building via the student parking lot entrance by the gym and auditorium. We will have signs directing guests to the band room.

PROM Save the Date

It's the season of giving! The Calera High School Service Club is hosting a TOY DRIVE from now through December 17th. Please bring a new, unwrapped toy, game, or children's book to Ms. Campbell's room and drop in the wrapped box designated for your grade. Which class will donate the most toys? Let's spread some joy this holiday season!

Please see the upcoming dates for informational sessions concerning the Path to the Plains program. This is a pathway for students to earn admittance to Auburn University by attending some classes at Southern Union State Community College.
