We have recently been informed that the minimum age for Physical Day is now 14 years old as of January 17th, 2025. An up-to-date physical is mandatory for all students to participate in athletics at OMMS, so if your student is under the age of 14, then you will need to get their physical from your doctor. We apologize for any inconvenience this caused.

OMMS Physical Day
When: January 17th, 2025 at OMHS
Who: Any student who will be 14 by January 17th who chooses to participate
Price: $22 - Cash, Check (made out to OMMS) or My School Bucks (link below)
Physical Day is not mandatory; however, all athletes must have a physical to participate in athletics. This physical is good for one year.
Students will come to school as usual and will be bussed to OMHS for the physical then brought back to OMMS.
To Do (prior to physical):
1. Make sure your student has a DragonFly account.
2. Your student must ask their PE coach for a blank physical. A parent/guardian MUST fill out the front side of the form, sign it, and send it back to OMMS with your student.
3. Your student must turn in the signed, filled-out physical form to their PE coach by January 14th.

As you are all aware, there is a threat of inclement weather on Friday, January 10th. The Once Upon a Time winter formal for 7th & 8th graders was scheduled for this day. We are taking safety precautions and rescheduling the formal to the NEXT day, Saturday, January 11, 2025. The time will be 4:30p.m.-6:30p.m. Please remember this is a fundraiser to support our athletics programs and coaches for our community middle school. The more to attend, the greater the memories, better sense of community as well! We are looking forward to having a true Winter Formal with all the right weather❄️🌨️
