Registration is now OPEN for the Shelby County First Class Pre-K Program! 

Online pre-registration opened on January 15.  Register at http://prek.alaceed.alabama.gov/. 

Following pre-registration , a public random selection drawing for the program is held in March. Each Pre-K site has approximately 18 available slots for students , however all students' names that are pre-registered will be in the drawing and will be placed on a waiting list if additional spots occur.
